Shipping and Handling:

• Postage and packaging is currently FREE for all orders to UK/EU.
• FREE delivery takes around 6-9 working days.
• As all orders are personalised and printed especially for you and so the delivery time includes manufacturing lead times of 2-3 working days.
• If you need an order to arrive by a certain date please order well in advance, or contact me first.

Returns Policy:

As all orders are printed on demand especially for you we are only able to offer a limited returns policy. We realise that this is not a perfect situation but it the nature of the personalised print on demand business model. We’re confident that you will be happy with your purchase and not want to return it.

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Received the wrong Item
• Lost in transit
• Damaged / faulty Item

We don’t offer refunds – only exchanges or store credit. We also do not provide prepaid returns shipping labels at the moment, and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense. Any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

Credit Card Security:
